Breading Mix SUPERB BLEND

I just tried this last night on my chicken. Love love it. A friend owns a little restaurant in Iowa & we love her fried chicken. This is what she uses.

This is the best breading on the market! I used to get from a store in Clinton that closed down and was excited to see someone else was selling it! I have tried several others and this is by far the best!! A must have if you are cooking fish!
